Growing up in a musical family, we can’t think of anything better than having a Nisse Band in every home. These delightful characters are all handmade, including these instruments, out of wood, cork, craft fur and felt so each one is a little different.
The accordion is in honor of our dad, the ukulele represents several members of our family with stringed instruments and you gotta have a vocalist. My sister and I were the Thompson girls singing duets in our community. From tip of hat to wooden feet, each band member stands 5″ tall and 2-3″ wide all making beautiful music together.
